What the pilot is designed to include
- Inquiry, Project, Concept, Skills, and Practice learning.
- AI feedback on answers and uploaded work, including photos where appropriate.
- Individual learning records and downloadable progress reports.
- Teacher class organisation, progress review, and comments on learner work.
- A shared school AI allowance, with teacher allocation controls and early warnings.
- Access to saved work when the AI allowance is used up.
How is the allowance shared?
Learner conversations, lesson generation, answer checks, photo reviews, and teacher AI requests draw from one school allowance. Planned teacher controls will help allocate it across classes and learners.
Can there be unexpected charges?
The school plan will not charge automatically for extra AI use. Only an authorised school administrator can approve an additional purchase.
Who sees learner work?
School access will be limited to assigned learners and authorised staff. Parent access must follow the school's agreed arrangements.
What about a smaller group?
Groups below 20 can consider the individual learning plan. This school offer has a minimum of 20 paid learner places.
